Sleepy Sunday

Technically, it’s “Sleepy Sunday”. Except for some reason, I have been wide awake since 5:00 am. Jack, The Mister, and even Bruiser are still fast asleep, and I am about an hour into watching animal videos on YouTube.

And now I have to share them.

Obviously, my dreams of owning a Frenchie led me to about a zillion videos of French Bulldog puppies. But this little crooner stole the show, and now I love her:

What is going on with these cats? I’m confused and amazed by these kitties… the last time I gave Bruiser a bath, he tore a hole in my shower curtain and glared at me for like four solid hours:

I really had no idea that raccoons were so into dental hygiene. They are the dentists of the animal kingdom… who knew? (Also, that beagle is impressively patient.)

I loved the penguin video. Just saw Mr Poppers penguins the other day and I’d love a day to play with penguins- looks like they’d be so much fun!

With all the garbage raccoons eat I don’t think they would have survived as a species unless they were careful about their teeth. I find them completely adorable – though I would never want one for a pet. Never have a pet smarter than me, that’s my vow!

It’s also one of the reasons why I’ll never have a parrot.

Oh my gosh, that ticklish penguin is SO cute! (Have you ever seen the video of the penguin who goes shopping with his little backpack to the fish store?) I want a penguin… especially a ticklish one.
