Bennett needs a home in Toronto

Name: Bennett
Breed: Dachshund
Age: 2 years
Gender: Male
Location: Toronto, ON
Shelter: Canadian Dachshund Rescue
Notes: Neutered, housetrained, shots up-to-date, no cats or young children please.

Bennett is the cutest little long-haired dachshund ever, and he needs a home.  He was born in a puppy mill and used for breeding, but with the help of his foster mom, has learned to trust people.  He gets along well with other dogs but would prefer a home without young children – they startle him!

I promise to keep your feet warm in bed every night, do my best to go potty outside and never chew your favourite shoes. I will exercise with you so we can stay in shape together but won’t judge you if you’d prefer to snuggle on the couch and eat ice cream. I promise to make you laugh and lick your tears when you’ve had a bad day. I would love to accompany you on road trips, hikes in our favourites parks and lunch on an outdoor patio.

If you think you can offer Bennett a place in your home, click here and check him out on Petfinder!
